Term and Conditions
If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern GTA Laptops with you in relation to this website.
The products and pricing listed on our website are not to be considered offers to sell, but rather advertisements to receive offers of purchase. All orders are subject to review and acceptance by GTA Laptops. All prices are subject to change so your order may not be accepted or you may be advised of issues of pricing or availability in regards to your order.
Policy:
Receipt of order confirmation sent to you does not signify our acceptance of the order nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. GTA Laptops reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at anytime after receiving your order. Only based on shipping confirmation will our acceptance of your order be confirmed. All orders must be pre-approved with an acceptable method of payment before shipment occurs. We may need additional information for verification purposes before we accept any order.
Prices:
All prices shown on gtalaptops.com are in Canadian Dollars and do not include the applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. The prices do not include shipping and handling nor any other services such as insurance. Price charged for orders will be the price at the time of the order.
Shipping & Handling and Taxes:
You, the buyer, are responsible for all applicable charges including but not limited to; shipping, handling, delivery, taxes and applicable tariffs associated with the purchase.
Risks associated with shipping:
When GTA laptops ships the product, our liability for damage or breakage on the shipment will be limited to the coverage provided by the carrier's terms and conditions. You may wish to purchase additional insurance coverage for the full value of the product when you order. The appropriate request should be made when you submit your order request. GTA Laptops does not give any delivery guarantee such as specified time or date. All shipping dates are estimated from information provided by the carrier and internal processing time.
Payment Terms:
Payment may be made credit card, debit card and cash. Orders will only be processed based on confirmation of payment.
Limited Warranty
All refurbished items are warranted for 90 days from date of purchase, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. Warranty returns must be accompanied with necessary information requested by manufacturer. Defective items will be replaced, not credited.
GTA Laptops warrants to Customer that Products purchased will conform to the applicable manufacturer's specifications for such Products and that any value-added work performed by GTA Laptops on such Products will conform to applicable Customer's specifications relating to such work. If GTA Laptops breaches this warranty, Customer's remedy is limited to repair of such Products, or replacement of such Products; provided that such Products must be returned to GTA Laptops, along with acceptable evidence of purchase, within 14 days from date of delivery, transportation charges prepaid. No warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident or modification, or has been soldered.
Limitation of Liabilities
CUSTOMER SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO, AND GTA Laptops SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, LOSS OF PROFIT, PROMOTIONAL OR MANUFACTURING EXPENSES, OVERHEADS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION COSTS, LOSS OF DATA, REMOVAL OR REINSTALLATION COSTS, INJURY TO REPUTATION OR LOSS OF CUSTOMERS, PUNITIVE DAMAGES, IPR INFRINGEMENT, LOSS OF CONTRACTS OR ORDERS OR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE. CUSTOMER'S RECOVERY FROM GTA Laptops FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE AFFECTED PRODUCTS IRRESPECTIVE OF THE NATURE OF THE CLAIM WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE.

However, GTA Laptops makes no representations about the information presented, which is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. Product specifications and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Force Majeure
GTA Laptops will not be liable for delays in delivery or for failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, product allocations, material shortages, labor disputes, personnel shortage, transportation delays, unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, acts or omissions of other parties, acts or omissions of civil or military authorities, Government priorities, fire, strikes, floods, severe weather conditions, computer interruptions, terrorism, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, riots, or war. GTA Laptop's time for delivery or performance will be extended by the period of such delay or GTA Laptop may, at its option, cancel any order or remaining part thereof without liability by giving notice to Customer.
General
The Terms and Conditions may not be modified or cancelled without GTA Laptops' written agreement. Any provision hereof which is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof in that jurisdiction or affecting the validity or enforceability of such provision in any other jurisdiction. The provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions are for the sole benefit of the parties hereto, and confer no rights, benefits or claims upon any person or entity not a party hereto. The Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, other than the conflicts of laws principles thereof, and subject to the jurisdiction of City of Industry, California courts. Customer will not directly or indirectly export, re-export, sell or transfer any Product to any country for which an export license or other governmental approval is required without first obtaining all licenses and other approvals.
